Right, its not terribly new news. But I thought I would comment on it anyway, the guys at Sun said: THIS
So I commented on their blog: HERE
Hopefully we can sway Sun to change their minds about the Java choice - but then they are the makers of Java. I think a lot of Mac developers realise that a Cocoa build is a lot more beneficial to a development company than a Carbon build. If you have any thoughts about my opinion then please comment, if you have comments about the OpenOffice Aqua then comment on the Sun blog.
Talk soon,
Daniel

Hello all,
I won’t be blogging much at the moment. I was burgled yesterday and my laptop was stolen, luckily its covered on the insurance, should get a new laptop in the next couple of days (fingers crossed). I lost a lot of stuff on there!
Daniel
Greetings and Salutations to all of you that are visiting/have-visited my Blog site since July. Just have a look at the current snapshot of my ClustrMap (also available on the right hand side (in mini form) of my blogsite):
How cool, never expected there to be so many of you. (image said 3121 visitors when I placed it here).
Thanks for reading my often bizarre blog, I hope you have enjoyed reading, and please do feel free to comment on whichever post you wish (I am not going to bite - promise).
Hope you are all good. Speak soon.
Daniel

I have started to realise that I am actually living by some rules:
- If you would like to know something, then ask. Worst comes to the worst they will either ignore you, or pull a funny face. “Don’t ask, don’t get”
- Human networking helps. Email people about their projects if you are interested in them (see above bullet point too)
- Try to find out peoples religious and moral views, but no prejudice.
- Live in your own world a little, it helps you de-stress (and if anyone notices, then not everyone needs to know that you are sane)
- Attempt to be moral and ethical
- Continue to explore spirituality (and say things like “many blessings” at the end of emails)
- Continue to make yourself a better person (but not competitively)
hmm, yes. Any thoughts?

[EDIT date="8th May 07" time="19:05"]
Just found a wonderful quote by Einstein:
The most beautiful emotion we can experience is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of all true art and science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer wonder or stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead, a snuffed out candle. To sense that behind anything that can be experienced there is something that our minds cannot grasp, whose beauty and sublimity reaches us only indirectly : this is religiousness. In this sense, and in this sense only, I am a devoutly religious man.

Beki and I have a new website, we are selling perfumy (I like to call them smellies) things like:
- incense sticks, cones and holders
- oils and oil burners
- candles and candle holders
(amount of the above products available is growing very rapidly)In the future we will probably be holding some of these too:
- Ginseng and other Herbal Goodies (including Ayurvedic stuff)
- Hand-made/Home-made rune stones
- Hand-made/Home-made earrings
- Vegetarian products (such as toothpaste)
Yep, our collection is growing rapidly (and the site is finished, but there may be some final system changes going on in the next few weeks) so keep checking back, and if there is something you like on there then please please do buy! We keep them at the lowest prices possible so that you can have uber-good quality for uber-good value.
The website is at:
https://www.incenseandthings.co.uk/
IncenseAndThings is a site/shop being totally created, designed, developed, hosted and managed by Daniel and Beki of Vanir Systems.
