I am originally from North-West Kent (a town called Erith), I lived in and around Oxford for five years (between 2003 and 2008) and I now live in Bristol. I am a alumnus of Oxford Brookes University, where I received a 2:1 for a BSc(Hons) Intelligent Systems and Software Engineering. I am now a University of Bristol Postgraduate where I am studying for an MSc Machine Learning and Data Mining. I am also elected as the 2008 - 2009 Postgraduate Representative on the Student-Staff Committee at the Engineering Department, this is a volunteer role. I also do some writings via an agency for a few people. Most notably I’ve had featured articles on IBM developerWorks.
My interests within computing include:
- Intelligent systems and artificial intelligence of all kinds
- The Semantic Web
- The Web 2.0 / the Social Web
- The Intelligent Web (aka Web 3.0 and Web 4.0 and beyond)
- Web standardisation
- Open source development
- Cross platform issues and development
My interests outside of computing involve:
- My girlfriend Beki
- Religion, spirituality, belief and faith (particularly Christianity, Esotericism, Buddhism, Humanism, Anthroposophy, Theosophy and Free-thought)

- Playing guitar, bass guitar, didgeridoo and Ocarina
