I am pleased to announce…Bristol Knowledge Unconference 2

# What to look out for in Computing & IT in 2009

Here are some predictions for & in 2009:

BUT! More importantly, things may seem to slow down in terms of development within the computing field. This won’t be entirely the case, we’ll see more efficiency improvements than feature additions… and these developments will probably help the efficiency of those companies using that software/hardware.

Although I’ve mentioned all of this. Please note that I truly feel that we should move away from a view to a more and/or point of view. This means that although new things may be released in the future, we should recognise them, but not be tempted by them if they are not necessary updates.

Yes, I think Semantic Web Services have great potential. Right now I am preparing report for university about integration of web services and intelligent agents. I have already read a little bit about current technologies like JADE WSGI and new technologies like semantic web services and I’m a little bit confused because there is so much new things to me.
So I’m interested in Your opinion about semanctic web services, web services and intelligent agent integration. There is also question about which of standarts like SAWSDL, OWL-S, WSMO will probably be the future standarts of semantic web services.
    Thanks.
